Product Features
◆ Aluminum alloy die-cast housing, surface treated with high-speed shot blasting and high-voltage electrostatic powder coating;
◆ Stainless steel exposed fasteners, high corrosion resistance;
◆ Tempered glass transparent cover, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high light transmittance, impact resistance of 4J;
◆ Transparent cover and housing bonded with epoxy resin adhesive, reliable explosion-proof performance, high protection level;
◆ Separate junction box with special terminals inside, reliable wire connection, easy inspection and maintenance;
◆ Light source chamber housing designed with radiator structure principle, light source uses ultra-high thermal conductivity aluminum substrate directly mounted on the housing, effectively dissipating heat from the light source, ensuring long service life of the lamp (continuous service life over 40,000h, normal use over 50,000h), switch cycles over 1 million times without damage;
◆ Imported LED light source, unidirectional light emission, luminous efficacy greater than 100lm/W, light decay not exceeding 15% in 5 years, high luminous efficiency, high color rendering, long life, energy saving, and environmentally friendly;
◆ Special ultra-high voltage constant current IC power supply, featuring wide input voltage range (100-265V), constant current, high voltage resistance (surge voltage 1000V, instantaneous voltage 4000V without burning or breakdown) output, and automatic protection functions under various abnormal conditions such as short circuit and open circuit;
◆ Standards implemented: GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2, GB/T 3836.31, IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-1, IEC 61241-0, IEC 61241-1, EN 60079-0, EN 60079-1, EN 61241-0, EN 61241-1.

◆ Suitable for combustible dust environments in Zones 21 and 22;
