Scope of Application
◆ Applicable to explosive gas environments Zone 1 and Zone 2;
◆ Applicable to explosive gas environments of IIA, IIB, and IIC levels;
◆ Suitable for various flammable and explosive places such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, railway, fire protection, flood control, oil fields, and various industrial and mining enterprises, as well as underwater operation sites.
Structural Performance
◆ This product is designed fully in accordance with GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 standards, capable of safe operation in various flammable and explosive environments;
◆ The shell is made of imported high-hardness alloy material to ensure the product can withstand strong collisions and impacts, with multiple waterproof structures and excellent waterproof performance, suitable for use in various harsh environments;
◆ Uses a single 3×3W high-power pure white LED light source in series, with high luminous efficiency, low energy consumption, and long life; the aluminum reflector cup adopts a special surface treatment process, with high reflectivity and good heat dissipation, effectively protecting the LED lifespan, and providing uniform light spot and color;
◆ Uses a high-energy memory-free lithium battery with large capacity and long life, capable of charging and discharging at any time, recyclable, and with low self-discharge rate; a full charge can continuously work for 8 hours, work light can operate continuously for 16 hours, and a strobe light function is added for long-distance signal indication;
◆ Features intelligent power display and low voltage warning design, with a 4-segment power indicator on the handle, clearly visible to monitor power usage at any time; when all power indicator lights go out, the main light source will flash slowly 5 times after 10 minutes and automatically turn off after about 20 minutes to prevent permanent battery damage due to over-discharge;
