◆Our company's explosion-proof high mast light has a compact structure and overall firmness, making assembly, maintenance, and bulb replacement very convenient. The lifting system and electrical system work reliably; the light distribution is reasonable, illumination is uniform, and the lighting area can reach 3000 square meters;

◆The mast is made of low carbon steel plate through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. All structural parts of the mast are hot-dip galvanized and surface anti-corrosion treated, providing safe protection for all inner and outer surfaces to extend service life and save maintenance costs. The bottom of the mast has an electrical door, housing an explosion-proof automatic lifting mechanism and explosion-proof electrical control system;

◆Explosion-proof electrical control system: The explosion-proof electrical control and protection devices are installed in a control box fixed at the bottom of the lamp. It is equipped with lighting control and motor controllers, dual-circuit power supply, enabling full-load and partial lighting, with multiple control modes including manual, light control, and computer time control to meet different user needs. Power is supplied by a drag method, and the explosion-proof electrical control box and lighting cables use special plug connectors with locking devices;

◆The explosion-proof automatic lifting system consists of an explosion-proof motor, worm gear shaft, drum, and other parts. It features a self-locking worm gear transmission mechanism that allows the lamp plate to stop at any position, with overload torque protection and both automatic and manual operation functions; steel cable guide pulley system;

◆This assembly consists of three sets of pulley arms arranged at 120° angles and fixed on the top support of the mast. Each pulley arm is equipped with:

a. Special bearings with lifetime lubrication seals:

b. A dedicated unloading device for automatic locking and release of the lamp plate;

c. Pulleys made of high polymer non-metallic materials that do not damage the cable surface;

◆Hook system: The special geometric switch of the hook system is designed with computer assistance, precisely calculated and practically verified to ensure that when the lamp plate is raised to the predetermined position, the hook moves relative to the unloading device under cable traction, achieving locking and release. Under normal use, the steel cable is in an unloaded state, extending its service life and ensuring the lamp plate remains stable in harsh weather conditions;

◆Guiding and control system: This system guides the lamp plate during normal lifting and lowering. In case of wire rope breakage, it acts as a braking protection to prevent the lamp plate from falling. The guiding system uses nylon wheels pressed by springs to keep the plate centered during lifting and lowering, preventing the lamp plate from tilting and colliding with or damaging the mast or the lamp plate's anti-corrosion surface. The braking system consists of three sets of devices arranged at 120° angles, with three brake pads simultaneously engaging the mast. When the suspension wire rope is tightened again, the brakes release from the mast allowing the lamp plate to be lifted again. When the steel cable is unloaded, the brakes remain locked for protection. Advanced hydraulic braking technology prevents rigid impact, providing greater braking force and smooth, noise-free braking. Lightning protection grounding device: The explosion-proof high mast light is equipped with a dedicated grounding device with grounding resistance not exceeding 10Ω;

◆All mechanical transmission parts are treated with non-electrical anti-corrosion measures;
