Product Features

◆ The shell is made of high-quality steel plate or stainless steel with sealed welding, compact structure, and beautiful appearance;

◆ The main chamber is a positive pressure chamber, containing the electrical components and pressure detection sensor system required by the user, gas distribution system, and air pressure regulation system; the auxiliary chamber is an explosion-proof chamber, containing the automatic ventilation system, power switching system, alarm system, pressure display system, etc.;

◆ Explosion-proof principle: uses medium isolation ignition source, that is, the electrical components required by the user are installed inside a shell filled with positive pressure and clean medium, preventing flammable and explosive gas mixtures in the external environment from contacting the electrical components' electric sparks or dangerous temperatures generated during normal operation, thus achieving explosion-proof purpose;

◆ Ventilated positive pressure cabinet, continuous uninterrupted air supply, the working heat of electrical components inside the positive pressure chamber can be dissipated at any time, providing good heat dissipation function;

◆ Equipped with ventilation interlock; before product operation, only after ventilation inside the positive pressure chamber meets the specified time and ventilation volume, ensuring the removal of flammable and explosive gases inside the chamber, can power be supplied and positive pressure chamber pressure detection begin. When the pressure inside the positive pressure chamber reaches the specified requirement, the power switching system of the explosion-proof chamber can supply power to the positive pressure chamber, ensuring that during operation, the electrical components inside the positive pressure chamber are effectively isolated by clean medium;

◆ The explosion-proof chamber automatic control system continuously monitors and displays the positive pressure chamber pressure parameters. The set working pressure inside the positive pressure chamber is 100Pa ≤ P ≤ 800Pa. When the pressure is high at 800Pa, the automatic control system closes the air inlet or opens the exhaust valve to adjust internal pressure, ensuring the product is not deformed or damaged by high pressure impact; when the pressure is below 100Pa, the system alarms, opens the air inlet valve, automatically replenishes air, and automatically restores normal after successful replenishment. If replenishment fails, the system continues to alarm. When internal pressure drops to 60Pa, the system automatically cuts off power (can be set according to user requirements):

◆ When the user provides the gas source, it must be clean air or inert gas, with a gas source pressure of 0.2~0.8MPa;

◆ Diverse appearance and installation options, and can be specially made according to user requirements; steel pipe or cable wiring are both acceptable.
